본 연구는 정부의 스마트 재난안전관리와 국방부의 국방혁신을 통해 장병의 안전을 증진하고자 하는 현 추세에 맞추어 군의 안전분야 발전을 위한 4차 산업혁명기술 적용 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 4차 산업혁명 기술을 군의 안전분야에 적용하는 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 연구에서 제시한 프레임워크는 크게 4개의 모듈로 구성되는데, 이러한 프레임워크에 따라 군의 안전분야 발전 방안을 모색한다면, 4차 산업혁명 기술의 필요성과 효과도 기반의 타당성을 확보하고, 가능한 4차 산업혁명의 기술과 요구되는 안전관리 수준 결정과 더불어 군의 다양한 안전분야 중 어떤 분야를 우선적으로 발전해야하는 지를 결정할 수가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Recently, the government is trying to establish a smart disaster safety management system through the 4th industrial revolution technology. The Ministry of National Defense is also trying to increase the safety of soldiers through defense innovation. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of the 4th industrial revolution technology for the development of the military safety field in accordance with this current trend. To do this, a framework for technological development of the 4th Industrial Revolution was proposed for the development of the military safety field. Through this, the military can secure the necessity of the 4th industrial revolution technology and the justification of technology introduction. It can also identify the skills needed for the fourth industrial revolution and determine the level of safety management required. Finally, it is expected to determine which of the various safety sectors in the military should be developed first.
