본 연구는 K-방산을 위한 대전지역 드론분야의 특화된 로드맵 수립 및 지원생태계 구축을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대전의 산업 인프라, 방산 관련산업 밀집도, 산・학・관・군 등의 네트워크를 점검하고 방산혁신클러스터 수립 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 대전의 우수한 국방산업 및 R&D 인프라를 기반으로, 지역의 국방산업 혁신생태계를 조성하여 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고, 경쟁력 있는 방산혁신클러스터를 구축하기 위해서는 다음 몇 가지 사항을 고려해야 할 것이다. 첫째, 정부와 지자체의 실질적인 육성 및 지원방안이 구체적으로 제시되어야 한다. 둘째, K-방산을 위한 융합생태계가 선순환을 통해 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 체계종합업체와 중소벤처 기업의 강건성과 혁신성 역량을 강화하는 근본적인 정책 마련이 시급하다. 셋째, 대전-충남간 방위산업 광역 클러스터 협력 강화이다. 마지막으로 앞으로는 신성장동력 산업으로서 규모와 범위의 경제를 실천할 수 있는 새로운 패러다임이 제시되어야 한다.
Abstract
This study seeks to establish a specialized road map and establish a support ecosystem for the drone field in Daejeon for K-dissipation. To this end, we would like to check the industrial infrastructure of Daejeon, the density of defense-related industries, and the network of industry, academia, government, and county, and propose a strategy for establishing a defense innovation cluster. Based on Daejeon's excellent defense industry and R&D infrastructure, the following few points should be considered to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and establish a competitive defense innovation cluster. First, practical fostering and support measures for the government and local governments should be presented in detail. Second, in order for the convergence ecosystem for K-discharge to continue to grow through a virtuous cycle, it is urgent to prepare fundamental policies to strengthen the robustness and innovation capabilities of system comprehensive companies and small and medium-sized venture companies. Third, strengthening regional cluster cooperation in the defense industry between Daejeon and Chungnam. Finally, in the future, a new paradigm should be presented to practice economies of scale and scope as new growth engine industries.
