이 연구의 목적은 학교 교육에서 가족 서사 텍스트를 활용한 인성교육의 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구의 이론적 기초로서 인성교육의 변천 과정과 필요성, 한국의 전통사상과 가족 윤리, 가족 서사를 활용한 인성교육의 가능성을 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 이론적 토대를 기반으로 학교교육에서 인성교육 제재로서 가족 서사 텍스트의 활용 가능성을 안내하는 교수･학습과정안을 설계･개발하였다. 연구 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족 서사를 활용한 인성교육 방법과 필요성을 이론적으로 고찰한 후 수업에서의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 둘째, 교양 수업에서 대학생의 인성역량 강화를 위한 가족 서사를 활용한 인성교육 교수･학습과정안을 예시하였다. 결론적으로 가족 서사 텍스트를 활용한 인성교육 프로그램은 대학생의 인성역량 함양에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 후속 연구로는 중등교육과 고등교육을 연계한 인성교육 프로그램의 개발을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of personality education using family narratives in school education. As a theoretical basis for the study, we focused on the transition process and necessity of personality education, Korean traditional thoughts, family ethics, and the possibility of personality education using family narratives. Based on the theoretical basis, a teaching and learning plan was designed and developed to guide the possibility of using family narrative text as a sanction for personality education in school education. The research results are summarized as follows. First, theoretically examining the method and necessity of personality education using family narratives, the possibility of its use in class was confirmed. Second, the teaching and learning process of personality education using family narratives to strengthen the personality competencies of college students in liberal arts classes was exemplified. Consequently, it is judged that the personality education program using family narrative texts has a positive effect on cultivating the personality competencies of college students. As a follow-up study, the development of a personality education program linking secondary education and higher education was proposed.
