Abstract

This article examines the life and art of three female artists based on the locality of modern Chungnam area. In Chungcheongnam-do, this means not only a female artist born or grown up but also a space where he made artistic activities based on his own life at any moment in his life. The female literature / artist of modern Chungnam that was selected in this way is three actresses such as movie actor Bok Hye-sook, painter and writer Na Hye-suk, writer, feminist activist and monk Kim Il-yeop. Born in Daecheon-myeon, Millyeong-gun, Chungnam Province, she is the first woman in Chungnam to represent Korea's modern film and broadcasting industries. Therefore, she should be regarded as a pioneer who showed the image of a new actress. Next, this article studied about the life and art world of Na Hye-seok and Kim Il-yeop, focusing on Sudeogsa and Sudeog Inn located in Chungcheongnam-do. The body of a group of intellectuals, called the early modern Korean early novels, was itself a heterotopia space. The past, present and future time sealed body, the body needed to hide from the violent reality, and it was a historical temple of Chungnam budget that functioned as a heterotopia space in reality. Sudeogsa and Sudeog Inn are space where the soul of an artist lies in Nae Hye-seok, a feminine writer, and Kim Il-yeop, a representative modern girl. This space was the last place where they wanted to make their place in a male-centered world, a space that was neither modern nor pre-modern, and was a space where different and disparate things could co-exist. Therefore, Sudeogsa and Sudeog Inn are functioning as a heterotopia space for the first generation female artists Na Hye-seok and Kim Il-yeop.
