학부 외국인 유학생 대상의 교양 한국어 교육 연구 현황 분석

본 연구는 학부 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 한 교양 한국어 교육 관련 연구의 현황을 살피고, 이를 분석하여 앞으로의 연구과제를 모색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 2010년부터 2021년 3월 현재까지의 연구물 중 ‘학부 과정 외국인유학생을 위한 교양 한국어 교육’을 분석 대상으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 분석 대상 선정은 1차적으로 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 ‘한국어’, ‘한국어 교육’, ‘한국 문화’ 등의 검색어를 사용하여 일차 목록을 추출하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 해당사이트의 ‘결과 내 재검색’으로 ‘학부, 대학, 교양’이라는 2차 검색어를 넣어 목록을 정리하였다. 이렇게 추출된 연구물의 원문을 두 연구자가 교차 검토하여 본 연구와 직접적으로관련되어 있는 연구물을 선별하여 최종 목록을 작성하였다. 이상의 과정을 통해 선정된 분석 대상은 총 426편으로, 이를 연도별, 유형별, 주제별로나눠 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 2010년 이후 학부 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 한 교양 한국어 교육 연구가활발해진 것을 알 수 있었으며, 학술지보다 학위논문에서 연구가 더 활발하게 진행되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 언어 외적인 측면에서는 학습자 요인과 교육 방안에 대한연구가 활발하였으며, 언어 기능에서는 쓰기와 말하기, 언어 요소에서는 문화와 어휘 관련연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 교양 영역에서의 한국어 교육에 대한 논의가 활발해지기 시작한 2010년 이후를 연구 대상으로 했다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 본 연구의 결과가 교양 한국어 교육 관련연구 분야를 세분화하는 데에 일조할 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of studies on liberalized Korean language education for undergraduate foreign students, analyze them, and find future research tasks. To this end, RISS conducted a study on the subject of analysis of “educational Korean language education for foreign students in undergraduate courses” among the studies from 2010 to March 2021. The selection of subjects for analysis was first extracted from the Academic Research Information Service (RISS) using search terms such as “Korean language,” “Korean language education,” and “Korean culture.” Based on the results, the list was compiled with the secondary search term “undergraduate, university, and liberal arts” as a “research within the results” of the site. Thus, the original text of the second-order extracted work was cross-reviewed by the two researchers to select the works directly related to this study and draw up a final list. A total of 426 analysis subjects were selected through the above process, which were divided into each year, type, and subject. The analysis showed that research on liberalized Korean language education for undergraduate foreign students has become more active since 2010, and that research has been more active in academic journals than in academic journals. Furthermore, the study of learner factors and teaching methods was active on the non-verbal side, and the study of culture and vocabulary was actively conducted on the language function and on the language element. This study is meaningful in that it has been studied since 2010, when discussions on Korean language education in the liberal arts began to become active, and it is expected that the results of this study will help to refine the field of Korean language education.
