소매형 사회적금융 중개기관 활성화를 위한 사례 연구

사회적금융은 사회적경제 조직의 자금조달 한계를 극복하여 사회적경제 활성화를 가져올 수 있다는 기대속에 관심을 얻고 있다. 최근 정책적으로 사회가치기금 설립 지원, 사회적금융 중개기관 육성 등이 발표되며 사회적금융의 구체적 실행에 대한 논의가 나타나고 있다. 사회적경제 조직들이 현실적인 금융지원을 받기 위해서는 자금 수요를 갖고 있는 사회적경제 조직을 발굴하고 투자자와 사회적경제 조직 간 거래, 정보비용을 최소화하는 역할을 담당하는 소매형 사회적금융 중개기관 육성이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 마이크로크레딧, 지역금융, 협동금융의 영역에서 소매형 사회적금융 중개기관으로서의 역할을 담당한 조직들의 사례 연구를 통해 향후 사회적금융 중개기관의 육성 및 활성화와 관련한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
Abstract
Social Finance has been gaining attention because it expects to overcome thelimitation of funding for social economy organization and to activate socialeconomies. Recently, support for the establishment of Social Benefit Fund andthe fostering of social finance intermediaries have been announced, and therehas been talk about specific implementation of social finance. In order to socialeconomy organizations to receive financial support, it is necessary to fosterretail social financial intermediaries that plays a role in finding social economyorganizations with demand for funds and minimizing the transactions andinformation costs between investors and social economy organizations. For this,the purpose of this study is to draw up implications for the future developmentand activation of social financial intermediaries through a case study oforganizations that have played a role as retail social finance intermediaries inthe areas of microcredit, regional finance and cooperative finance.
