초록

Currently, the prevalence of osteoporosis is increasing with the increase of the elderly population. Thebone density test is an important medical test that helps to detect and prevent health problems such as osteoporosisearly by measuring bone density. The purpose of this study is to find out whether numerical results can be reproducedequally without biological changes. The measured values are calculated using the calculation table distributed byISCD to calculate the precision for each part. The subjects measured 30 times in 30 subjects twice, and AP Spine, LeftFemur Neck, and Left Femur Total were measured. The part that most affected the result value during the examinationwas the patient’s test posture and ROI level. If the patient’s examination posture is not accurate, the value will pop orthe accuracy will be reduced in performing a follow-up examination. In addition, if the patient’s Spine Level is notaccurately caught from L1 to L4, the BMD value will be incorrect. The LSC value of AP Spine was 0.46%, FemurNeck was 0.49% and Femur Total was 0.42%, indicating precise result values below the evaluation criteria of ISCD. Therefore, the result value will be a good transition data for subsequent researchers, and follow-up tests can be mademore precise for future patients.
