초록
This study was evaluated as having high diagnostic value among DSA, flow rate-enhanced magneticresonance imaging (3-D-TOF) and computed tomography angiography (3D-CTA), which are mainly used to examinecerebrovascular diseases with the second-highest mortality rate after cancer, and studied which test method is usefulthrough quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis of 3D-CTA and 3D-TOF, which are relatively safe methods. The Image J program was used to analyze the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the contrast noise ratio (CNR) of3D-TOF and 3D-CTA for quantitative comparison and analysis, and the Willcoxon signed rack test program was usedto perform qualitative comparison and analysis. Data from 30 normal patients who performed 3D-TOF and 3D-CTAat University C from April 2022 to August 2022 were collected through the PACS program. The ROI was analyzed bysetting left and right M1, M2, M3, P1, P2, and P3 in 3D-TOF and 3D-CTA images, respectively, and the significanceevaluation of the analysis results was confirmed through the Independence test. As a result of quantitative evaluation,SNR and CNR measured 3D-TOF approximately 30% higher than 3D-CTA, and even in qualitative evaluation,3D-TOF was approximately twice as high as 3D-CTA. Therefore, if the patient can understand the shortcomings ofthe long test time, the 3D-TOF test method has higher diagnostic value. And it is believed that these results can beprovided as clinical basic data.
