초록
As the demand for diagnostic radiation generators and the number of tests increase everyyear, the radiation dose of the public is also steadily increasing. To confirm the need for additionalresearch by confirming the exposure dose in the DXA bone density test using a radiation generatorthrough the literature and deriving a radiation dose reduction method. The radiation dose differsdepending on the equipment structure and beam emission method, and although lower doses havebeen reported compared to other tests, special attention is needed in the case of children. In addition, ifthe structural aspects of the DXA scanner environment are taken into consideration, periodic radiationprotection training of equipment and inspectors, and quality control of equipment and inspectors arecontinuously carried out, it is judged that there will be no undue radiation exposure in the DXA bonedensity test.
