본 논문에서는 사업의 성공적인 운영을 위한 IPP 운영시스템 구축 사례를 제시한다. 2018년 4기 IPP 운영대학에 선정된 이후 1차년 사업수행을 위해 학사제도와 포털시스템을 구축하였다. 학사제도는 사업운영 규정과 기존 참여대학을 벤치마킹(benchmarking)하여 정규학기와 계절학기가 연계된 4학기제를 기반으로 한 학생 참여의 용이성에, 포털시스템은 학생-기업 매칭과 교내 각종 DB와 연동한 사용 편의성을 위해 맞춤형에 초점을 두고 설계되었다. 구축된 운영 시스템을 적용한 1차 년도 운영은 사업관리기관에서 시행한 실태조사의 많은 항목에서 운영시스템에 만족도가 전국 참여대학의 평균값을 초과하는 결과를 나타냈다. 실태조사 결과를 분석한 후 개선방향을 설정하였다.
Abstract
This paper is aimed to introduce the practical case about the operation system consisted of academic curriculum and portal systemfor the IPP implementation. After benchmarking the preceding universities system, the academic program is renewed for ourstudent’s participation without difficulty with semi-quater semester system. The portal system is designed to focus on the studentindustrymatching and the adaptation to disparate databases of the university. The IPP operation system have been constructed tofulfill the 1st-year-plan as a participating university in 4th period support of Korean government. The first year project performancewith constructed system indicated that in many categories of the survey conducted by the IPP management institution, the satisfactionlevel in that system exceeded the average value of the IPP participating universities nationwide. The improvement direction wasset after analyzing the results of the survey.
