IPP와 일학습병행 과정의 연계 방안에 관한 연구

대학을 포함한 고등교육기관의 교육과정은 대부분 이론 중심으로 운영되어 왔으며, 그 결과 산업현장이 요구하는 역량과 달라지는 문제가 대두되었다. 정부는 기업과 대학간의 인재상 미스매치를 최소화하기 위하여 2015년부터 “IPP형 일학습병행제”운영대학을 선정하여 4년제 대학을 지원하고 있다. IPP형 일학습병행제의 취지는 IPP와 일학습병행을 체계적으로 연계함으로써 학생의 직무능력을 향상시키는데 있다. 그러나 2018년부터 2년간의 운영결과로부터 IPP에서 일학습병행으로 연계는 매우저조하다. 본 연구에서는 학생-기업 간 인식의 갭을 줄이기 위하여 IPP와 일학습병행 연계과정을 제안하였다. 3학년때 IPP실습을 수행한 이후에 일학습병행을 진행하는 것으로서, 2개사의 사례로부터 기업과 학생의 매칭에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을보였다.
Abstract
Most of the curricula of higher educational institutions, including universities, have been operated on a theoretical basis, andas a result, the academic talents have been mismatched with the competencies of industrial demand. Since 2015, the governmentproject called “IPP-type Work and Learning Dual Program(WLDP)” is supporting four-year universities to minimize the academictalents mismatch. The purpose of the project is to improve the working ability of students by linking IPP with WLDP. However,the outcome of linking IPP to WLDP has been frustrating so far. In this study, “WLDP coupled with IPP” is proposed to reducethe perception gap between students and companies. In the suggested progress, student performs IPP first and WLDP second. Twoexamples have shown that the suggestion can be a quite effective process in matching student with the company.
