델파이 조사를 활용한 대학원생 졸업 후 교육만족도 평가도구 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구

초록

본연구의 목적은 대학원생 졸업 후교육만족도 평가도구를 구성하는 영역과 요인을 탐색하고, 델파이 조사를 토대로 전문가적 합의를 거쳐 대학원생 졸업 후교육만족도 평가도구를 제안하는 데있다. 이를 위해 내외 문헌 분석을 통해 도구 초안을 작성하고, 3인의 대학원 교육 전문가의 검토 의견을 반영하여 수정, 보완하였다. 수정된 도구안을 바탕으로 대학원 교육 전문가 및측정·평가 전문가 10인을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 도구의 타당성을 검증하였다. 최종 도출된 대학원생 졸업 후교육만족도 평가도구는 교육과정, 연구지도 및 협력, 대학원생 지원 체계, 대학원 교육을 통한 핵심역량 향상 수준에 대한 만족도의 총 4개 영 역, 37개문항으로 구성되었다. 본평가도구를 통한 졸업생 피드백은 대학원 교육 질개선에 정책적 기초 자료로 활용할 수있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the domains and factors that constitute a post-graduation education satisfaction assess- ment tool and to propose a refined version of the tool through expert consensus achieved via the Delphi method. To this end, an initial draft of the tool was created through an analysis of relevant domestic and international literature, followed by revisions and improvements based on feedback from three experts in graduate education. The validity of the revised tool was examined through two rounds of Delphi surveys with ten experts in graduate education and measurement and evaluation. The final post-graduation education satisfaction assessment tool consists of four domains: curriculum, research supervision and collaboration, graduate stu- dent support systems, and satisfaction with the enhancement of core competencies through graduate education. The tool includes a total of 37 items. Feedback obtained through this assessment tool can serve as a valuable data source for policy development aimed at enhancing the quality of graduate education.
