본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시, 인공지능 불안이 인공지능 활용 간호수행 자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 2025년 4월 1일부터 2025년 4월 10일까지 I광역시와 G지역 소재 각각 일개대학의 간호대학생 138명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 Program 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 피어슨 상관관계와 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 간호대학생의 인공지능 활용 간호수행 자신감은 챗GPT사용경험에 유의미한 차이(t=2.655, p=.009)를 보였고, 디지털 리터러시와 양의 상관관계(r=.458, p<.001)를 나타냈다. 간호대학생의 인공지능 활용 간호수행 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 디지털 리터러시(β=.469, p<.001), 챗GPT(β=.245, p=001)이었고, 총 설명력은 25.8%였다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 인공지능 활용 간호수행 자신감을 높이기 위해서는 디지털 리터러시 역량 강화를 위한 교과과정으로 인공지능 관련 교과목 개설과 더불어 워크숍, 특강 등의 비교과 과정 및 실습기회를 체계적으로 제공할 필요가 있다. 또한 생성형 인공지능을 실제 임상현장에서 올바르게 적용할 수 있는 윤리교육이 강조되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study investigated the influence of digital literacy and artificial intelligence (AI) anxiety on nursing students’ confidence inAI-based nursing performance. Data were collected from 138 third- and fourth-year nursing students at two universities in I Metropolitan City and G Region between April 1 and April 10, 2025. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS 26.0, includingdescriptive statistics, independent t-tests, Pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. The findings indicated thatnursing students with ChatGPT experience reported significantly higher confidence in AI-based nursing performance (t=2.655,p=.009), and confidence was positively correlated with digital literacy (r=.458, p<.001). Hierarchical multiple regression analysis identified digital literacy (β=.469, p<.001) and ChatGPT experience (β=.245, p=.001) as significant predictors, accounting for 25.8% of the variance in AI-based nursing performance confidence. These findings highlight the need to incorporate AI-focusedcoursework and diverse hands-on opportunities into nursing curricula to systematically build digital literacy. Moreover, providingethical education on the responsible use of generative AI in clinical practice is essential for fostering nursing students’ confidencein AI-integrated care.
