본 연구는 고용노동부의 차세대 스마트직업훈련플랫폼(STEP)의 적응형 학습 서비스 지원을 위한 코칭 서비스 모델을 제시 하기 위한 탐색 연구이다. 이를 위해 적응형 학습 서비스 방향을 모색하고, STEP 운영실무자의 FGI를 통해 적용 가능성을 타진 하고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 코칭 모델안의 타당성을 검토하였다. AI 학습 모니터링에 기반한 코칭 모델은 학습 참여도와 학습 성취도의 높고 낮음을 각각 2개의 단계로 교차 결합하여 4개의 코칭 서비스 유형으로 제시하였다. 첫째, 학습 참여도와 학습 성 취도가 모두 높은 학습자를 대상으로 제공되는 관조형 코칭 서비스이다. 둘째, 학습 참여도는 높지만 학습 성취도가 낮은 학습 자를 대상으로 제공되는 지시형 코칭 서비스이다. 셋째, 학습 참여도는 낮지만 학습 성취도가 높은 학습자를 대상으로 제공되 는 제안형 코칭 서비스이다. 넷째, 학습 참여도와 학습 성취도가 모두 낮은 학습자를 대상으로 제공되는 설득형 코칭 서비스이 다. 본 연구 결과는 STEP 고도화 시스템에서 적응형 코칭 서비스 제공의 필요성을 제공하며, 이를 토대로 향후 이러한 방향을 반영한 시스템 설계가 이루어지길 기대한다.
Abstract
This study is an exploratory study to present a coaching service model for supporting adaptive learning services in the next-gener ation Smart Training Education Platform(STEP) by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. After the direction of adaptive learning services was sought, the applicability of the services was explored through FGI with STEP operation practitioner and the validity of the coaching model was reviewed through expert interviews. The coaching model based on AI learning monitoring presented four coaching service types by cross-combining the high and low levels of learning participation and learning achievement into two stages, respectively. The model classifies learners into four coaching types based on learning participation and learning achievement levels: (1) observational coaching for high participation and high achievement, (2) directive coaching for high participation but lowachievement, (3) suggestive coaching for low participation but high achievement, and (4) persuasive coaching for low participationand low achievement. The results of this study provide the necessity of providing adaptive coaching services in the STEP advancement system, and based on this, it is expected that the system design reflecting this direction will be made in the future.
