본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 및 디지털 전환 시대에 대응하기 위한 직업훈련교사의 역량기반 향상교육과정 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 직업훈련교사의 자격 등급별(2급, 1급) 핵심역량을 도출하고, Borich 요구도 분석과 TLfF 분석을 활용하여 교육의 우선순위를 파악하였다. 또한 전문가 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)와 자문을 통해 기존 향상훈련과정을 진단하고 타당성을 평가하였으며, 이를 토대로 신규 교과목 개발과 시수 조정을 포함한 개선안을 제시하였다. 새롭게 제안된 교육과정은 온라인 및집체교육 혼합형으로 구성되며, AI 활용 교육, 훈련생 지원, 기관 운영 등 직무 변화에 부합하는 내용이 반영되었다. 본 연구는직업훈련교사 향상교육의 질적 향상과 실효성 제고를 위한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to improve the enhancement training curriculum for vocational training instructors in response to the Fourth In dustrial Revolution and the era of digital transformation. Core competencies required for each qualification level (Level 2 and Level 1) were identified, and priority competencies were derived using Borich Needs assessment and the Locus for Focus (TLfF) analysis. Through expert focus group interviews (FGI), the existing enhancement training programs were reviewed and evaluated for valid ity. Based on the results, improvement plans were proposed, including the development of new subjects and adjustment of training hours. The newly proposed curriculum is composed of a blended format of online and in-person training, incorporating content such as AI-based education, trainee support, and institutional management aligned with current industrial demands. This study presents practical implications for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of vocational training for instructors.
