Abstract

Industry-related analysis is more than just academic interest, and is a practical tool that is often used to analyze the economy of fiscal spending or fiscal projects in practice. Using this industry-related analysis, this high school wanted to analyze the ripple effects of domestic industries from mobile data offloading through all processes of primary ripple effect, which increases the production of information and cultural products through the mobile data offloading industry, and the secondary ripple effect, which increases the production of medium-demand enterprises and industries of such products. According to the analysis, the production inducement effect was 52,36.8 billion won and the production inducement effect multiplier was 0.70 percent. Value-added inducement effect was 2468.8 billion won, while value-added inducement effect multiplier was 0.33. In addition, the employment inducement effect was 28,429, and the employment inducement effect multiplier was 0.38. According to the analysis of externalization, the production inducement effect was 35,16.2 billion won and the production inducement effect multiplier was 0.47. Value-added inducement effect was 26,18.4 billion won and value-added inducement effect multiplier was 0.35. In addition, 20,199 employees were found to have an employment inducement effect and 0.27 economic ripple effect was obtained from the employment inducement effect. Economic ripple effects were compared to the mobile data offloading industry by applying exogenous and endogenous techniques. The fact that production, value added, and employment inducement effects by different industries remains a limitation of research. The application of an industry-related analysis by supplementing these parts could lead to more diverse economic ripple effects.
