한국의 경제 상황은 국내ㆍ외적으로 악화되어 가고 있으며, 중소제조기업의 경쟁력 또한 하락하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황 속에서 중소제조기업의 지속적 경영을 위한 경쟁력 확보를위해 품질경영을 기반으로 하는 기업의 구성원들 역량이 기업성과로 이어질 수 있도록 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구는 품질경영시스템을 도입, 운영 및 인증을 보유 중인 중소제조기업에 대하여설문지를 통한 실증적 검증을 실시하였으며, IBM SPSS 22.0를 사용하여 타당성 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 통해 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구모형은 선행연구를 바탕으로 품질경영시스템의 요구사항(6개 항목)이 기업구성원의 역량(2개 항목)을 매개로 하였을 때 기업성과(2 개 항목)에 미치는 영향에 대하여 모형을 구성 및 가설을 설정하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 품질경영시스템의 요구사항 중에서 지원, 운영은 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 기획, 지원, 성과평가는 비재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 매개효과 분석에서는 지원이 리더십과 직원역량을 부분매개로 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 기획과 지원이 직원역량을 부분매개로 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통한 시사점에서 중소제조기업이 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정책적 방향 설정에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The economic situation in Korea is deteriorating at home and abroad, and the competitiveness of small and medium-sized manufacturers is also declining. In this study, Aims to suggest the direction that the capability of members of a company based on quality management can lead to corporate performance in order to secure competitiveness for the continuous management of small and medium manufacturing companies. This study conducted an empirical verification of the Small Medium-sized manufactures that have introduced, operated, and certified quality management systems through a questionnaire, and statistical analysis through validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 was performed. Based on the preceding research, the research model constructs and hypotheses about the effect of the requirements of the quality management system (6 items) on the company performance (2 items) when the company members' capacity (2 items) is mediated. The setting was made. The Results of the study show that among the requirements of the quality management system, support and operation have a positive effect on financial performance, and planning, support and performance evaluation have a positive effect on non-financial performance. The mediation effect analysis confirmed that employees influence financial performance through partial mediation of leadership and employee competency, and planning and support affect non-financial performance through partial mediation of employee competency. The implications of this study can be used to establish the policy direction for Small Medium-sized manufactures to improve their competitiveness.
