본 연구는 간호대학생의 컴퓨터활용능력과 사고력 및 융합역량이 근거기반실무에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 수행되었다. B시에 소재한 3~4학년 간호대학생 104명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 편의표집 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 23 프로그램을 이용해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 사고력(β=0.49, p<.001), 컴퓨터활용능력(β=0.25, p= .001), 융합역량(β=.27, p=<.001)이 근거기반실무에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 세 변수에 의한 설명력은 70.5% 였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 근거기반실무 증진을 위해 컴퓨터활용능력, 사고력, 융합역량을 강화할 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 특히 본 연구는 간호학과 저학년에게 적용 가능한 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 진행된 바, 간호학생의 입학 시기부터 근거기반실무 역량 강화를 위한 교육 및 프로그램 개발을 제안한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of computer literacy, thinking ability, and convergence competency on evidence-based nursing practice among nursing students. A total of 104 third- and fourth-year nursing students from a university in Busan, Korea, were surveyed using structured questionnaires through convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics version 23.0. Results showed that thinking ability (β= .49, p< .001), computer literacy (β= .25, p= .001), and convergence competency (β= .27, p< .001) had significant effects on evidence-based practice, with an explanatory power of 69.7%. These findings suggest that programs to strengthen computer literacy, thinking ability, and convergence competency are needed to enhance evidence-based practice. Such interventions should be introduced from the early stages of nursing education to foster evidence-based nursing practice.
