본 논문은 경찰관련 전공대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감이 직업결정영향 요인, 직업준비행동, 직업결정요인 그리고 행동의도에 미치는 상관관계를 분석하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 수도권과 지방대학 2년제 및 4년제 대학의 경찰관련학과 전공 대학생을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지법을 이용하여, 2017년 4월 1일에서 4월 20일까지 약 20여 일간 설문이 진행되었다. 이를 통해 총 252부의 설문지를 회수하였으며 질의에 대한 응답이 끝까지 이루어지지 않았거나, 불성실한 설문을 제외하여 최종 229부를 본 연구의 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 분석자료는 통계패키지 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 응답자의 특성을 판단하기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 전체적인 실증조사의 통계적인 신뢰성과 타당성 검토를 위해 신뢰도계수(Cronbach's α)를 이용한 신뢰도 분석 및 변수들을 요인으로 규합해서 상관관계분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 이용하였다. 진로결정 자기효능감을 측정하는 척도는 자기평가, 정보수집, 목표설정, 진로계획, 문제해결 등 5개의 항목으로 구성하였다. 직업결정영향요인은 수정행동이론모형을 적용하여 인지적 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 직업결정 행동의도 등 총 4개의 요인으로 구성하였고 진로준비행동은 선행연구를 바탕으로 정보수집활동, 도구구비활동, 목표달성활동 등으로 구성하였다. 직업결정요인은 경찰의 직업적 전망과 비전, 자유로운 근무시간, 급여, 보람 성취감, 이미지, 직업의 직․간접경험, 미디어의 영향, 주변사람들의 의견, 다양한 혜택 등으로 정의하였다. 행동의도 요인은 향후 경찰관련 직업을 결정할 의도와 향후 경찰관련 직업을 결정할 계획으로 구분하여 설문을 구성하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 경찰관련전공 대학생들의 진로와 관련된 기초자료 및 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
he purpose of this study is to analyze factors that have a significant effect on vocational decision of college students. Also, This study is to analyze the effect on self-effectiveness of a course decision of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy in the college students related to police major study. For this, the students related to police major study in local and Seoul Metropolitan Area college & university were selected as the respondents at April 2017. And a sampling was practiced as a random sample. A question investigation was used in a entry method of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy. Furthermore a total of 229 person(90.9%) was used as final analysis data. The collected data were employed in a statistics program of SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 And used in a way of Pearson's interrelation analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The conclusion was as follows. Firstly, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of Students Majoring in Police Science affected beneficially statistically Influencing Factors of Career Decision, Career Preparation Behaviors. Secondly Influencing Factors of Career Decision, Career Preparation Behaviors affected Career Decision Factors. Thirdly, Career Decision Factors affected Behavioral Intention.
