Abstract

Vietnam pursued Doi Moi policy in 1986, which introduced the principle of market economy concept. Since then, the government has maintained relatively stable economic growth through stabilization of foreign investment laws and financial and financial reforms, such as stabilizing prices, reducing fiscal deficits, and increasing foreign investment. In conclusion, Vietnam continues to grow economically, and the advanced capitalist system plays a large role in Vietnam's economic growth. In particular, global supply chains play an important role in Vietnam's economic system. However, although markets expanded as exports of global firms entering Vietnam increased rapidly, most of Vietnam's local firms are located in the low value-added manufacturing and retail sectors. In other words, under the current advanced capitalistic system in Vietnam is dominated by several large companies, and there is a lack of growth of local companies that can compete at the same level. Therefore, Vietnam needs to find various ways to overcome the limitations of capitalistic experience in the global supply chain and continue to grow.
