Abstract
This article examined inequality of maghreb female migrant workers in France through first generation to third one. It focused on the direct inequality conditions and obstacles occurred into the enterprises after 2000 years rather than social integration. The main analysis points are the cleaning subcontractor enterprises related with hotels, food distributors and a few restaurants fields. Because these areas are ones in which most of female migrant workers easily spread and participate. Through this job analysis related gender and employment instability conducted in these fields, we can take note it exists private and social-structural limit for women to socio-culturally adapt, and consequently that impoverishment of women turns up and accelerates.
