Abstract

So far, we have looked at the characteristics of the community, focusing on the Busan Intangible Cultural Property Preservation Society. The community changes its phenomenon according to the times. As such, the Cultural Heritage Preservation community has no choice but to change the phenomenon. Although the cultural heritage itself to be preserved and inherited complies with the principle of preserving the original form, the members as the subject in charge of it cannot be consistent with the lifestyle of the times and the world they are aiming for. So, I tried to reveal the inner essence of the preservation community by illuminating it. In this paper, the components of a community were divided into cultural properties, people, capital, goals, organizations, knowledge and technology, and information, and each situation was examined. Each conservation community tries to preserve the original form, but that original form exists differently within the conservation society. Young people want to modernize through transformation as well as maintain the original form of cultural properties. Among them, there is also an expectation to show off individual skills. In some cases, members are repeatedly entered in several preservation meetings within the association, and there are many female members, making it difficult to preserve and transmit cultural properties. As a community, the Preservation Society needs to further strengthen its deep ties with other communities. Rather, cohesion comes to life. It also suggested a new process or role for a member as an individual to grow in a community. And the community ecosystem of the Intangible Cultural Property Preservation Society was presented as a diagram. It was confirmed that the traditional values of the community as an intangible cultural heritage preservation society still remain significant values in the present community. In this process, the conservation community plays a mediating role in linking traditional and present community values. In the future the preservation society should aim for cultural education that can create a new meaning of horizon by fusion of the present horizon and the traditional horizon.
