종교개혁 500주년을 기념하는 한국교회와 신학계에서 주목해서 성찰해야 할 내용 가운데 한 가지는 스위스의 종교개혁이다. 우리나라개신교의 69%가 스위스 종교개혁으로부터 유래한 장로교로 구성되어 있기 때문이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 스위스 종교개혁을 주도한 츠빙글리의 핵심 주제 가운데 신 인식론을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 그의 대표 저작물 가운데에서 교의학적 기초가 되는 “참 종교와 거짓 종교에 대한 주해서(1525)”를 중심으로그의 신 인식론을 성찰해보려 한다. 논문의 전체적 구성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 주해서가 등장한 정치 사회적 배경, 둘째, 자연신학적 신인식, 셋째, 복음과 율법의 관계, 넷째, 주해서의 가치와 의의, 다섯째, 신 인식의 궁극적 목표를 밝히는 것이다. 츠빙글리 신학의 교의학적 기초가 담긴 이러한 내용이 20세기 현대 신학, 특히 바르트의신학에 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되었는가를 밝히는 것은 향후의 연구과제로 남겨 두겠다.
Abstract
Regarding the 500th anniversary of the Reformation it is important to seek for the origin of Korean Protestantism which is composed of around 70 % of the Presbyterian Churches. It means that our Protestant church is rather related to the Swiss Reformation. The purpose of this article is to explore how Zwingli Theology regarding the perception of God can be understood as essential in his theology. This article primarily focuses on his commentary about Commentarius de vera et falsa religione 1525 which is known as a stepping stone for his dogma. This article is composed as follows: The first chapter focuses on the context of Zwingli’s writing; that is how it was published. In particular, this chapter examines the socio-political background in the context of the Zurich reformation. The second chapter deals with the issue of natural theological perception and Zwingli’s knowledge of God in contrast to natural theology and the humanistic approach. The third chapter investigates the relationship between Gospel and law. The forth chapter elaborates on the value and significance of this commentary. The fifth chapter is an attempt to explore the final goal of Zwingli regarding the perception of God and ethical reflection. How this writing of Zwingli which is considered the basis of his dogma has influenced modern theology especially Karl Barth could be a further research subject.
