To analyze the film as artistic work means not only studying of the pictures that the spectators see on the screen, but also of the process of their experience during seeing the film. And for this examination the functional relationship of the film structures must be the object of film analysis. First the analysis of the functional film structure is a try to see a film work on the side of aesthetic effect, and secondly needs interdisciplinary attempt particularly approaching to psychology, because it is related to the film spectator's reception produced in the process of mental activity. Peter Wuss presents PKS-Model that is the similar concept like reception guideline in literature. According to Peter Wuss the film has any reception guideline like in literature that helps block out the outline of compositive process of film experience, and have influence to diverse phases of recognition in process of digesting informations. PKS-Model is formed with Perception guided structure, Concept guided structure and Stereotype guided structure. These three steps of film structure carry out each function. In this paper are examined the concrete functions and roles of film structures through the analysis of the film <Das Leben der Anderen>.
