본 연구는 연극놀이 리더들의 정체성 형성과 실현에 대한 질적 연구이다. 연구 참여자(대상자) 3인은 연극놀이 리더들로, 연구자는 이들의 연극놀이 실천 과정을 해석학적 현상학적 연구 방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 리더들은 현장에서의 갈등과 도전을 통해 자신만의 고유한 정체성을 형성하였으며, 이들의 실천은 직업적 활동을 넘어 삶으로 통합되고 확장되는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 연극놀이 리더들은 현실적 한계 속에서도 연극예술로서의 연극놀이 가치를 실현하고 있었다. 연극놀이 리더들의 실천을 탐색하는 과정은 연극놀이를 재조명하며 예술교육의 의의를 확인하게 할 것이다.
Abstract
This qualitative research examines the identity formation and realization processes of three drama leaders. Three drama leaders as research participants were analyzed using hermeneutic phenomenological research methods to examine their drama practice processes. The findings revealed that the leaders formed their unique identities through conflicts and challenges in their fields, and their practices were integrated and expanded into life beyond professional activities. Despite practical limitations, participants’ narratives demonstrated the value of drama as theatrical art in creating meaning. Exploring drama leaders' practices highlights the value of drama and reaffirms the significance of arts education.
