아동의 정서적 학대와 또래괴롭힘의 관계에서 거부불안 민감성의 매개효과

초록

본 연구는 아동의 정서적 학대와 또래괴롭힘 간의 관계에서 거부민감성이 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상남도 소재 초등학교 5, 6학년 417명을 대상으로 정서적 학대 경험, 또래괴롭힘 척도, 아동용 거부민감성 검사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 먼저 거부민감성의 3가지 하위요소(거부불안, 거부분노 및 거부우울 민감성) 중에서 어느 요인이 또래괴롭힘에 영향을 주는 지를 알아보기 위해 회귀분석한 결과, 거부불안 민감성 만이 또래괴롭힘에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 3가지 변인 간의 상관을 구한 결과 모두 정적 상관이 있었고, 정서적 학대와 또래괴롭힘과의 관계에서 거부불안 민감성이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 아동의 정서적 학대는 또래괴롭힘에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것과 동시에 거부불안 민감성을 매개하여 간접적으로 또래괴롭힘에 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 기존의 연구결과와 비교하고 그 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediationg effects of rejection sensitivity on the relationships between Emotional abuse and Victimization by peers. For this research, Child Abuse Experience, the Korean Social Experience Questionnaire(K-SEQ), the Korean Children's Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire(K-CRSQ) were administered to 417 students in the 5th and 6th grade in elementary schools located in Gyeongsangnam-do. The results were as follows: First, emotional abuse and rejection sencitivity showed a significant correlation. Emotional abuse and victimization by peers also showed a significant correlation. Second, rejection sensitivity and victimization by peers showed a significant positive correlation. Third, while attempting to understand the effect that emitional abuse has on victimization by peers, rejection sensitivity is considered as a parameter to cause a link between emotional abuse and victimization by peers. Thus, victimization by peers is directily influenced by emotional abuse at the same time as rejection sensitivity operates indirectily in terms of influence. The results were compared with previous studies and the implication and limitation were discussed.
