교직은 업무량 과다, 빈약한 직장생활 지원 체제 등으로 인하여 피로 및 정신관련 질환의발병률 증가, 집중력 저하 등의 특성을 보이고 있어서 교사의 직무 스트레스와 관련된 연구는교육현장에 있어서 이론적 그리고 실제적 가치를 가지고 있다. 이런 교사의 직무 스트레스는일반 교직 뿐 만 아니라 특수학급 교사들의 직무스트레스 연구에서도 잘 나타나고 있지만 아직까지 특수학급 교사의 직무스트레스를 측정하는 도구의 타당화에 충분한 관심을 쏟고 있지못한 실정이다. 특수학급 교사들의 직무스트레스와 관련된 지금까지의 대부분 연구들이 기존에 개발된 외국의 측정도구가 지닌 문화특성을 고려하지 않은 채 그대로 번역하여 사용하거나내용타당도만을 고려해 일부 문항을 수정 혹은 추가하여 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 특수학급 교사 직무 측정도구를 타당화하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 특수학급 교사 직무스트레스를구성하는 요인과 요인 내 문항은 어떠한가? 둘째, 특수학급 교사 직무스트레스 측정도구의 신뢰도는 어떠한가? 셋째, 특수학급 교사 직무스트레스 측정도구의 타당도는 어떠한가? 이와 같은 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 특수학급 교사 직무스트레스를 측정하는 데에 많이 활용한 Wilson의 ‘Stress Profile for Teacher'를 특수학급 교사 101명을 대상으로 설문 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 연구 문제에 따라 기술통계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 특수학급 교사 직무스트레스 측정도구는 총 4개요인(총 11개 문항)으로 구성되는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 전체 11개 문항에 대한 신뢰도가.827로 높은 신뢰도 결과를 보였다. 또한, 직무스트레스 척도의 구인타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과 모형 적합도가 비교적 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내적 구조에 의한 척도의 수렴타당도와 변별타당도가 적합한 것으로 확인되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine validity of the feasible scale for measuring the special class teacher's job stress. Three research questions set up for the study were following: First, how is factors and items of the scale? Second, how is validity of the scale? Third, how is reliability of the scale? In order to verify the validity and reliability of the feasible scale for measuring the special class teacher's job stress, 101 teachers of special class were surveyed. A exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted in relation with factors and items of the scale. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, CFI, TLI, RMR and RMSEA were examined for the scale, validity turned out good. In addition, the internal structure of the convergent and discriminant validity was good. According to these results, the feasible scale for measuring the special class teacher's job stress turned out to be a valid and reliable questionnaire. The limitations of the study and follow-up research are suggested in the conclusion section.
