창의적 인문사회리더 양성을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과성연구: 공감과 소통의 섬김리더십을 중심으로

초록

미래사회 인간의 지적 능력을 초월한 존재의 탄생 가능성이 높아지면서 인간의 존재 가치를 높이기위한 노력이 요구된다. 변혁기 시대 인류 역사를 발전시키고 인간 존엄성을 유지하기 위해서는 AI와차별화된 인간 고유의 능력을 강화할 필요가 있다. 21세기 목표와 전략을 설정하고 공동체 구성원들과함께 창의적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 인문사회리더교육이 절실하다. 우리나라에서 다양한 학문 영역에 기반한 리더교육은 영재교육이라는 이름으로 주목받아 왔다. 그러나 인문․사회 분야의 리더교육으로서 인문사회영재교육은 그 중요성에 비하여 현재 그 연구와 실천이 미진하다. 영재교육에서 특정분야의 편중 현상을 해소할 뿐만 아니라 전인적인 인재양성을 위해서 인문사회리더교육에 대한 연구와 교육실천 강화가 요구된다. 인문사회분야의 영재교육은 인성교육과 연관된다. 본 연구는 인문․사회분야의 리더를 위한 인문사회리더교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 현장에 적용하여 그 효과성을 분석했다. 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 21세기 인문사회리더의 특성 및 개념을 미래 사회의 필수역량,도덕성의 차원을 바탕으로 분석했다. 특히 미래 사회의 리더십의 형성 인자로 공감과 소통을 중점적으로 탐구했다. 둘째, 공감과 소통의 리더십 즉 섬김리더십 함양을 위한 도덕과 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 실제 적용했다. 셋째, 창의적 인문사회리더교육을 위한 섬김리더십 프로그램의 현장 적용 결과를분석했다. 공감과 소통의 섬김리더십 프로그램 즉, 창의적 인문사회리더 교육 프로그램은 이론적 기반을 바탕으로 2015 도덕과 교육과정, 초등학교 6학년 도덕과 교과서를 참고하여 제작되어 학교 현장과의 연계성을 높였다. 연구 결과 인문사회영재 프로그램의 실제 적용 가능성과 그 효과성을 확인했다. 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 공감 역량 및 의사소통 역량 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구가향후 인문영재교육의 방향 제시와 인문사회리더교육의 기틀을 마련하는 초석이 되길 기대한다.

Abstract

Efforts to increase the value of human beings are required as the possibility of artificial intelligencewill go beyond human intellectual abilities. In order to advance human history and maintain humandignity, it is necessary to strengthen the unique capabilities of humans that differentiate them from AI. Humanities leaders who can set goals and strategies for the 21st century and solve problems creativelywith community members are urgently needed. In the meantime, leadership education in Korea hasbeen attracting attention under the name of gifted education. However, research on gifted educationin the humanities is insufficient. In order to solve the phenomenon of bias in a specific field in giftededucation and to nurture comprehensive talent, research on humanities leader education is required. Gifted education in the humanities and social fields is related to character education. An educationalprogram for leaders in the humanities field was developed, and its effectiveness was analyzed byapplying it to the field. The research questions are as follows. First, the characteristics and conceptsof humanities leaders in the 21st century were analyzed in terms of essential competency andmorality. Second, empathy and communication capabilities were explored as a component ofleadership in the future society. Third, the application results of the Servant Leadership program forcreative humanities leader education were analyzed. The Servant Leadership of empathy andcommunication was produced by referring to the sixth-grade textbook of elementary school, and theconnection with the school site was enhanced. As a result of the study, the applicability of the giftedhumanities program and its effectiveness were confirmed. The empathy and communication skills ofthe students who participated in the program improved. It is expected that this study will serve as abasis for presenting the future direction of education for the gifted in humanities in Korea.
