과학수업담화 연구의 배경과 전개

이 연구는 과학수업담화연구의 배경과 전개를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 과학수업담화에 영향을 미친 사회학, 언어학, 사회언어학, 심리학 분야에서의 담화분석연구들이 탐색되었다. 그리고 지금까지 진행되어온 과학수업담화연구들을 각 연구의 지향에 따라 유목화하여 제시하였다. 그 결과 과학수업담화연구는 의미형성 과정으로서 과학수업담화, 중재물로서 과학수업담화, 사회언어학적 관점에서의 과학수업담화, 과학 언어로서의 과학수업담화, 관계에 초점을 두는 과학수업담화의 다섯 가지로 유형화되었다. 이를 통해 과학수업담화 연구의 진행상황을 돌아보고 앞으로의 과학수업담화연구가 나아갈 방향을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the backgrounds and developments of the science classroom discourse researches. For this, the discourse analysis researches in sociology, linguistics, sociolinguistics and psychology which affected on researches of science classroom discourse were investigated. And then the researches of science classroom discourse were categorized according to their orientations. The results showed five categories: science classroom discourse as a process of meaning making, science classroom discourse as a medium, science classroom discourse in terms of sociolinguistics, science classroom discourse as a science language, and science classroom discourse focused on relation. This trial provides an opportunity to reflect the progress of them and suggests the directions to step forward in science classroom discourse researches.
