본 연구는 초등학생 시기에 적합한 사고 기능들을 유형화하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 초등학생에게 적합하다고 판단된 사고 기능들을 선행연구를 통해 종합하여 초등학교 사고 기능 유형화를 위한 예비 설문지를 개발하였다. 이를 초등학교 교사 102명에게실시하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 요인 분석을 실시하여 사고기능 유형화에 대한 타당성을 확인하였다. 요인 분석 결과, 초등학생을 위한 사고 기능은 문제해결학습 활동, 프레젠테이션 활동, 관찰학습 활동, 탐구학습 활동, 재구조화 활동, 의사결정 활동의 6개로 유형화되었다. 본 연구 결과는학습활동 유형별로 사고 기능의 목록을 제시함으로써 학습활동에서 활용할 사고기능을 파악하고, 사고 기능을 지속적이고 체계적으로 교수하는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 향후 사고 기능을 교육과정에 반영하기 위한 연구 등에 도움을 주는 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to categorize thinking skills in elementary school. In order to attain this purpose, this study developed「survey on categorization of thinking skills in elementary school」by synthesizing thinking skills in elementary school. It was carried out by 102 elementary teachers and factor analysis was done based on the results. The results for thinking skill factors in elementary school could be arranged as follows: There were 6 factors such as problem-solving learning activity, presentation activity, observational learning activity, inquiry learning activity, restructuring activity and decision making activity. This study is useful that elementary school teacher can know which thinking skill use in the activity and give the guidelines for continuous and systematic instruction. In addition, the results of this study can be utilized as a basis on the study of thinking skill curriculum in elementary school.
