중국 문화산업의 현황과 과제: 제12차 5개년 규획(第十二个五年规划)을 중심으로

Abstract

Chinese reform and opening-up has exerted remarkable influence on the political, economic, social, cultural, and many other fields of the country. Particularly, after the reform and opening-up, the concept of “culture” has been converted into the major driving force and the development value that can lead the Chinese economy. This study established the hypothesis, “The Chinese cultural industry can develop continuously,” and the present state and the tasks the Chinese cultural industry were derived through the industry life cycle theory. Also, for the validity of this research, the materials and data provided by the Chinese government and academic circles and the Korean government and academic circles were used for the analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the Chinese economy has grown continuously since the reform and opening-up in 1978, and that the Chinese culture industry also shows continuous growth from 2004 up to the present, and the conclusion that Chinese cultural industry can continuously develop was derived. But, only when China has solved appropriately the three variables: the imbalance of administrative system, the imbalance of the economic structure, and the imbalance between the central government and local governments, the Chinese cultural industry can develop continuously.
