발달장애학습자의 학령기 이후의 교육 참여에 관한 전문가 심층면담

본 연구는 평생교육사회에서 끊임없이 교육의 요구를 받고 있는 학령기 이후의 발달장애 학생의 교육 발전을 위한 교육 참여 필요성, 교육저해요인, 교육 촉진요인, 교육활성화 방안에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 발달장애 교육 전문가 7명을 선정하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애 학생의 평생학습 참여 필요성요인은 학습자의 특성, 교육기회보장, 삶의 질 개선, 직업획득 등이다. 둘째, 발달장애 학생의 평생학습 참여저해요인은 교육기관의 접근성문제, 높은 교육비용, 정부의 교육정책의 문제, 장애특성이해 부족 등이다. 셋째, 발달장애 학생의 평생학습 참여촉진요인은 정부의 정책과 예산 지원, 접근성 높은 교육시설, 프로그램 개발과 관리 등이다. 넷째, 발달장애 학생의 평생교육 활성화방안은 프로그램개발과 운영, 종교시설의 교육위탁, 특수교육기관의 평생교육화, 정부의 적극적인 의지 등이다.
Abstract
This research is about the finding factors that are correlated to a validation of lifelong education for adult student with developmental disability. The results of this study are as follows: Frist, factors of motivation for participation of lifelong education for adult student with developmental disability are characteristics of learner, a acquisition of a sense of belonging, a utilization of hours and a acquisition of diploma, independent living and so on. Second, participation discouraging factors of lifelong education for adult student with developmental disability are characteristics of learner, a lack of educational institutions and a lack of government's education policy and so on. Third, promotional factors of lifelong education-participation for adult student with developmental disability are government's support in budget of education, a mandatory duty of higher education, a active activities of parents for lifelong education for adult student with developmental disability and a building integrated environments and so on. Fourth, enable factors of lifelong education-participation for adult student with developmental disability are special education institutes of lifelong education for adult student with developmental disability and government's commitment of education policy and so on.
