초록
The purpose of this study was to search for the developmental trends and recommended standards for physical activity levels through analyzing the physical activity guidelines for children and adolescents in South Korea and China. By reviewing the development process of the physical activity guidelines for children and adolescents, the substantial impact of physical activity on health has been clarified, and it has been concluded that "highlighting the universal requirements for moderate to high-intensity physical activity" and "emphasizing the criticality of bone and muscle strength activities" and "the lack of practical physical activity assessment and supervision mechanisms" are three significant features. The study believes that the physical activity guidelines not only clarify the guidance direction for children and adolescents' activity behavior, but also provide strong support for deepening the understanding of the substantial value of physical activity in daily life. It is expected that these research results can provide powerful reference for the formulation of physical activity guidelines.
