본 논문은 아시아 태평양 전쟁 후의 일본 사회에서의 ‘전쟁체험’에 대해 폭넓게 검토하고 있다. 필자의 지금까지의 연구를 참조하면서, 체험자에 대한 인터뷰 조사, 전쟁문학에 대한 문학적 연구, 전쟁체험론에 대한 언설 분석, 전후 대중문화에 대한 표상 분석 등, 다각적인 어프로치가 가능하다는 것을 밝혔다. 그것들은, 전후 일본의 사회변동과, 새로운 전쟁의 형태인 「냉전」이라고 하는 문맥을 삽입함으로서, 통일적으로 이해할 수 있다. 아울러, 냉전 후의 현재에 있어서도, 개념으로서의 ‘전쟁체험’은 유효하다고 하는 것이 시사되었다.
Abstract
This paper widely examines “War experience” in a Japanese society after the Asia-Pacific War. Referring to my previous studies, I show that the interdisciplinary approach such as interview investigations of those who experience that war, researches on war literature, discourse analysis of “war experience controversy”, and studies on popular culture of war is possible. With the consideration to the context of Japanese social change after the WWII and the new form of war(“Cold War”), we can recognize that synthetically. It is also suggested that the concept of “War Experience” is still valid in post-Cold War era.
