초록

이 논문의 목적은 맑스적 의미의 잉여가치율을 추계하고 그 변화를 통해 한국의 기술진보를 설명하는 데 있다. 잉여가치율은 경쟁하는 다수 자본들이 기술변화를 통해 노동생산성을 변화시키고 임금관계를 매개로 자본축적을 달성하는 과정을 분명하게 보여준다. 노동생산성이란 개념을 사회적 생산과정의 구조를 변화시킴으로써 잉여가치율을 상승시키는 생산력의 시계열상의 변화로 정의하면, 잉여가치율은 기술진보의 영향을 받는 매개변수이다. 한국에서 1980년대 초반 반도체산업 등의 기술변화는 사회 전체의 생산성 증가를 가져와 1983-1987년간 잉여가치율 상승을 주도했고, 1990년대 초반 자동차산업 등의 기술변화는 1994-1998년간 잉여가치율 상승을 주도한 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the technological progress through the change of rate of surplus-value in Korea(1983-2003). The Marxian rate of surplus-value shows it is clear that many capitals change the labor productivity through the technological progress and achieve the accumulation of capital through the mediation of the wage relation. If labor productivity is defined as those processes of transformation of productive forces over time that raise the rate of surplus-value by modifying the structure of the social process of production, the rate of surplus-value is the parameter of the technological progress. The change of technology in the semi-conductor industry and others in the early 1980's in Korea raised the rate of surplus-value from 1983 to 1987 by raising the productivity of the whole society. The change of technology in industries such as the motor industry and the semi-conductor industry in the early 1990's raised the rate of surplus-value from 1994 to 1998.
