초록
Rise in disposable income, along with increase in leisure time, has permitted consumers to use resorts during certain times of the year. But resorts had difficulty inducing consumers during the off-seasons. To overcome this problem, some resorts begin to shift its target market to corporate consumers such as the conference market. Three hundred six resort users for the conference were surveyed about selection factors, and those factors were evaluated by importance-performance analysis. The findings conclude that the concentration factors of importance were 'size of the conference room', 'auxiliary spaces', 'catering service', and 'recess area'. The factors keep the good work were 'leisure activities', 'conference service', 'size of catering space', 'catering facilities', 'number of accommodation', 'quality of accommodation', 'easy access',, and 'room service'. Low priority factors were 'cost of transportation', 'tour program', 'nightlife', 'fitness facility', 'entertainment facility', and 'surrounding tour sites'. The possible overkill factor was not founded.
