周易의 陰陽論의 槪念과 變化觀을 고찰하여, 현대의 행정 정치 경제 사회 문화의 변화현상을 陰陽論的 變化觀에 입각하여 설명해 보았다. 주요 특징은 음양론적으로 일대 轉換期에 있다고 본다. 陰陽論은 우리의 과거의 역사와 문화 그리고 현재 국민들의 의식구조와 문화를 이해하는데 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 現代의 모든 변화현상을 설명하는데도 중요한 의미가 있다. 더욱이 易學이 서양과학의 한계점을 보완 극복하고 앞선 부분이 있다는 점에서 계속 연구 개발되어야 한다고 본다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study of modern public administration in the perspective of Yin and Yang theory of I Ching. The principal characteristic of modern public administration in the perspective of Yin and Yang theory is turning point. I Ching saw reality, whose ultimate essence it called Tao, as a process of continual flow and change. The principal characteristic of the Tao is the cyclical nature of its ceaseless motion; all development in nature―those in the physical world as well as those in the psychological and social realms― show cyclical paterns. The theory of Yin and Yang is very useful in understanding and explanation of our past history and culture. And also it is very useful and meaning in understanding and explanation of present our people consciousness, a way of life, and the state of change and development.
