의원 웹사이트의 네트워크 분석에 관한 연구 : 17대 국회의원과 7대 서울시의회 의원 웹사이트 비교 분석을 중심으로

그동안 온라인 행위 중 의원 웹사이트에 대해 사회과학자들의 많은 관심은 있었지만 국외에 비해 국내의 연구 활동은 미비한 실정이다. 특히 지방의회 의원을 대상으로 한 웹사이트 네트워크 연구 분석은 현재까지 단 한건도 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 국회의원과 서울시의원의 웹사이트를 대상으로 네트워크를 비교 분석하고 그 함의를 찾고자 한다. 분석결과, 국회의원과 지방의원 모두 웹사이트 사용을 활발하게 하는 등 유사점을 발견할 수 있었지만, 당선횟수별과 웹사이트의 아웃링크한 현황에서는 차이점을 발견할 수 있었다.
Abstract
In the meanwhile, social scientists had much interest in websites of assemblyman and council member among online behaviors, but the domestic research activities are insufficient compared to overseas. Especially, the result of a website network research analysis targeting members of county councils isn’t existent at all. Accordingly, the present research aims to compare and analyze each network targeting websites of assemblyman and members of the Seoul Metropolitan Council in our country and to find out its implications. As a result of its analysis, although the similar point that all assemblyman and council members actively use the websites, etc. was discovered, its difference could be discovered in the number of times of winning an election and the outlink status of websites.
