본 연구에서는 시민단체 및 정부에 대한 역량평가와 갈등발생, 갈등해소, 갈등이미지(갈등민주주의)의 관계를 실증분석을 통해 살펴본 결과 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 정부의 갈등해소의 역량이 높아지면 갈등은 줄어들고, 갈등해소는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시민단체의 갈등해소역량이 높아지면 공공갈등해소에 긍정적 영향을 주며, 갈등인식에도 긍정적인 방향(갈등의 민주주의 기여도)으로 영향을 준다고 나타났다. 셋째, 갈등해소가 높아질수록 갈등이미지는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정부의 갈등해결역량과 시민단체의 갈등해결역량은 상호관계에 있어 상대적인 영향을 주고 있다.
Abstract
In this research, competency evaluation on civic organization and government as well as the relation between conflict occurrence, conflict resolution and the image of conflict were observed through an actual analysis and it is concluded as following. First, as the competency of the government in resolving the conflict increases, the numbers of conflict decreases and the conflict resolution increases. Secondly, as the competency of the civic organization increases it gives positive effect on public conflict resolution as well as conflict recognition (contribution of conflict to democracy). Thirdly,asconflictresolutionincreases,theimageofconflictbecamemorepositive.Lastly,thecompetencyofthegovernmentandcivicorganizationyieldsrelativeinfluencetotheirinterrelation.
