신뢰가 갈등의 민주주의 측면에 미치는 영향: 국민의식조사를 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 신뢰성이 갈등민주주의 기여도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 신뢰성은 일반적인 신뢰, 정부의 신뢰, 시민단체의 신뢰로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부신뢰는 갈등민주주의 기여에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치며, 갈등 발생감소와 갈등해소에도 정(＋)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 시민단체의 신뢰는 갈등민주주의 기여에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 일반 신뢰는 갈등해소에 부(－)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 부의 영향은 직접적으로는 미치지 못하고 간접적으로 영향을 주고 있었다. 넷째, 정부신뢰, 시민단체신뢰, 일반신뢰는 상호 정(＋)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 종합해 보면, 일반적으로 느끼는 사회신뢰, 정부, 시민단체의 신뢰와의 상호관계는 밀접하게 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부 및 시민단체의 신뢰가 일반 사회에서 느끼는 신뢰성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 갈등민주주의에는 정부의 신뢰와 시민단체의 신뢰만 의미 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 다만 일반적 신뢰는 매개변수인 갈등해소를 통해 간접적으로 갈등민주주의 기여도에 영향을 주고 있었다.

Abstract

This study researches the effect of reliability on the contribution of conflict of democracy. The reliability is divided into normal reliability, reliability of government and reliability of public organization. The result of analysis is as follow:The first, the reliability for the government affects positive effect on the conflict of democracy, and positive effect to decrease of conflict and release. The second, the reliability of public organization affects positive effect on the conflict of democracy. The third, Normal reliability affects negative effect on releasing conflict. This negative effect is indirect. And finally, the reliability between the government and public organization and normal reliability take positive effect mutually. As a summary, the result show that normally felt the correlation between normal reliability, government and public organization take closely effect each other and especially the reliability of the government and public organization take an effect to the normal society. However, under the conflict of democracy, the reliability of government and public organization shows the meaningful result. Merely, normal reliability takes effect on the contribution of conflict of democracy through the release of conflict as a parameter.
