원자력 문제와 관련해 신뢰의 중요성이 부각되면서 신뢰에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 신뢰개념의 추상성으로 인해 다양한 신뢰개념이 제시되고 있다. 최근 신뢰 연구들은 특정 신뢰 개념이나 특정 차원에 집중하기 보다는 신뢰의 다양한 차원성에 주목하여 신뢰가 현실적으로 어떤 영향력을 가지는지를 분석하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 설문조사 자료에 기반하여 대상과 속성에 대한 신뢰가 후쿠시마 원전사고와 원전비리로 인한 원자력 신뢰 변화에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 독립변수로 ‘대상에 대한 신뢰’, ‘속성에 대한 신뢰’로 신뢰의 차원을 구분하였으며, 이들 차원별 신뢰의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 후쿠시마 원전사고와 원전비리 이후 신뢰변화에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과 신뢰의 두 가지 차원은 상이한 신뢰구조를 형성하고 있었으며, 각 신뢰들은 신뢰변화에 상이한 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 특히 세부 신뢰의 영향력은 정책이슈(후쿠시마 원전사고, 원전비리)에 따라 다른 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The importance of trust in nuclear issue has been emphasized and various research studies have been conducted on trust. Due to the abstract nature of trust, various concepts of trust have been proposed. Recent studies of trust have focused on analyzing how trust has a realistic effect by paying attention to various dimensions of trust, rather than concentrating on a specific concept or specific dimension. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of trust in objects and attributes regarding changes in nuclear energy and trust due to events and accidents based on survey data. For this purpose, the level of trust was classified into 'Trust in the subject' and 'Trust in the property' as independent variables. To test the effect of trust on these dimensions, changes in trust after Fukushima nuclear accident were analyzed. In addition, nuclear corruption and its influence on trust was determined. Results of analysis revealed that two dimensions of trust formed different trust structures and each trust had different influence on trust change. In particular, the influence of detailed credibility showed different effects depending on policy issues (Fukushima nuclear plant accident, nuclear power plant accident).
