초록

This study explores the relationship between smart work, knowledge sharing, and job satisfaction among MICE industry employees. While prior studies mainly examined corporate or public contexts, this research extends to the MICE sector, where labor-intensive services and project-based collaboration require efficient communication and knowledge exchange. Data were collected from 146 employees across PCOs, PEOs, CVBs, and related organizations with smart work experience. Using validated scales, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to verify reliability, followed by multiple regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that communication, work efficiency, and autonomy significantly enhance knowledge sharing, while only autonomy directly improves job satisfaction. Knowledge sharing positively affects job satisfaction and fully mediates communication and work efficiency, and partially mediates autonomy. The findings suggest that systematically adopting smart work improves knowledge flow and strengthens satisfaction, emphasizing the need to integrate flexible work with HR strategies for sustainable MICE industry growth.
