창업 기업에는 새로운 아이디어를 통한 신규 지식재산 창출이 기업의 성공을 좌우하는데매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 예비창업자나 기창업자가 신규 지식재산 창출을 할 의향에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요소를 제안하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하는데 연구의주요 목표가 있다. 이에 신규 지식재산 창출 요인에 지식재산권 교육, 경제적 기능, 지식재산권 중요성 그리고 시장 경쟁력 변수를 제안하고, 이들이 지식재산 창출 의지에 어떤 영향을미치는지 그리고 정부정책이 지식재산창출 요인과 지식재산 창출의지 사이에서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 검증하였다. 창업자를 대상으로 총256부의 설문 응답을 수집해 구조방정식 검증을실시 하였다. 분석 결과, 지식재산권 교육, 경제적 기능, 지식재산권 중요성, 시장경쟁력 모두지식재산권 창출 의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지식재산 관련 정부 정책의 확대는 이러한 지식재산권 창출 의지를 더 향상시킬 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의결과를 통해 향후 지식재산권을 확보하고자 하는 창업자들이 지식재산권을 창출하도록 하기위한 전략적 대안을 마련하고, 정책적으로 도움이 될 분야를 고려하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to propose factors that positively influence the intention of prospective and current entrepreneurs to create new intellectual property and empirically verify them. To achieve this factors influencing the creation of new intellectual property such as intellectual property education, economic functionality, the importance of intellectual property rights, and market competitiveness were proposed. The study also examined how these factors influence the intention to create intellectual property and the role of government policies in the relationship between factors influencing intellectual property creation and the intention to create intellectual property. A total of 256 survey responses from entrepreneurs were collected and structural equation modeling was conducted. The analysis results showed that all proposed variables have a positive impact on the intention to create intellectual property. Furthermore, the expansion of government policies related to intellectual property is expected to further enhance the intention to create intellectual property.
