본 연구는 지식재산경영활동이 지적재산성과에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향에 대한 정부지원컨설팅의 조절역할을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 중소벤처기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 226개의 설문 결과를 바탕으로 빈도분석 및 타당성 및 신뢰성 검증을 위한 요인분석을 하였다. 또한, 변수들 간의 인과관계를 조사하기 위해 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지적재산경영활동 하위요인 중 지식재산관리와 지식재산권리 요인은 지식재산성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정부지원컨설팅은 지식재산관리와 지식재산성과 간에 조절역할을 하였지만, 지식재산권리와 지식재산성과 간에 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 결론적으로 정부와 관련 단체는 중소벤처기업의 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 지식재산경영활동, 사업화역량을 강화시키는 정부지원제도를 활성화시키는 것도 중요하지만, 지적재산을 보호하고 권리화할 수 있는 정부지원의 맞춤지원 로드맵을 마련할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of intellectual property management activities on intellectual property performance and the moderating role of government-supported consulting on this effect. As a research method, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized venture companies, and based on the collected 226 survey results, a frequency analysis and factor analysis for validity and reliability verification were performed. In addition, correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to investigate the causal relationship between variables. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, among the sub-factors of intellectual property management activities, intellectual property management and intellectual property rights factors were found to have a significant effect on intellectual property performance. Second, government-supported consulting played a moderating role between intellectual property management and intellectual property performance, but it was not statistically significant between intellectual property rights and intellectual property performance. In conclusion, it is important for the government and related organizations to revitalize the government support system that strengthens intellectual property management activities and commercialization capabilities that affect the business performance of small and medium-sized venture companies, but it also suggests that they need to customized support roadmap for government support that can protect and rights intellectual property.
