기업수목원의 방문객 만족도에 관한 연구 - 제이드가든 테마분원 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 운영되고 있는 기업수목원에 대한 방문 결정요인을 규명함으로써 기업수목원의 경쟁력 강화방안을 도출하여 향후 타 수목원의 조성에 대한 효율적 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 다변량 분산분석과 판별분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 만족도와 방문객의 방문 특성 간의 관계분석 결과 재방문 여부에 따른 요인에서만 차이가 나타났으며, 나머지 요인에 대해서는 동일한 만족도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 재방문의 경우 첫 방문에 비해 시설만족도와 관람 효과 만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 성별에 따라 독특함에 대한 만족도가 여성이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 20~30대의경우 종합만족도와 경관만족도가 40~50대 보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업수목원 방문객 만족도 연구와 경쟁력 강화에 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find methods of enhancing arboretum's competitiveness andsuggest efficient ways in making other arboretum afterwards by grasping decision factors thatmake people visit an arboretum operating in Korea. For this study it was conducted monovaand discriminant analysis, multiple regression analysis. I researched the relationship betweensatisfaction and visitor's characteristic, and then found there are some differences only inrevisitors, though other factors had nothing to do with results. The satisfaction of facility andtour effect is higher in revisitors compared with first visitors. In the gender aspect, women weresatisfied with the distinctive things more highly than men among five lower factors ofsatisfaction. Also, in the age group aspect, the overall satisfaction and satisfaction in the scenarywere ranked higher from 20 to 30 than from 40 to 50. The findings will provide imformationon the satisfaction of the arboretum visitors and enhance arboretum's competitiveness.
