중학생의 체육수업 성향과 심리적 욕구만족 및 심리적 욕구좌절의 관계 검증

본 연구는 체육수업에 대한 학생들의 수업 성향과 체육수업의 심리적 욕구만족 및 욕구좌절 간의 관계를 검증하고자 진행되었다. 아울러 체육수업유형(동성반여, 혼성반여, 동성반남, 혼성반남)에 따른 체육수업 성향, 심리적 욕구만족 및 욕구좌절의 차이를 검증하였다. 총 623명의 중학생이 설문에 참여하였고, 수집된 자료는 통계분석 절차에 따라 분석되었다. 각 요인의 차이를 검증하기 위해 다변량분산분석을 실시하였고, 각 변인 간의 영향력 검증을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 검증 결과, 첫째 체육수업유형에 따라 체육수업 성향, 심리적 욕구만족 및 욕구좌절에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육수업 성향이 심리적 욕구만족의 모든 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 체육수업 성향의 일부 요인이 심리적 욕구좌절에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 체육수업에서 학생들이 인지하는 다양한 심리적 정보들은 교사 교육에 있어 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to investigate relationships between physical education predisposition, psychological needs satisfaction, and psychological needs thwarting in middle school physical education. Additionally, the differences of physical education predisposition, psychological needs satisfaction, and psychological needs thwarting were investigated according to class type (female and male students in same-sex class and co-educational class). The participants of this study included 623 middle school students. The data was analyzed with SPPS using correlation analysis, MANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions were as follows: according to class type, there were differences of physical education predisposition, psychological needs satisfaction, and psychological needs thwarting in middle school physical education. Physical education predisposition influenced on all factors of psychological need satisfaction, but physical education predisposition influenced on several factors of psychological needs thwarting in middle school physical education.
