본 연구는 전문상담교사의 사회부과 완벽주의와 상담자 소진의 관계에서 마음챙김과 전문상담교사효능감의 순차적 이중매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 초, 중, 고, 위(Wee)센터에 근무하는 전문상담교사를 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문조사를 시행하였고, 최종 421명의 자료를 SPSS 21.0, AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 전문상담교사의 사회부과 완벽주의, 마음챙김, 전문상담교사효능감, 상담자 소진 간 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 전문상담교사의 사회부과 완벽주의와 상담자 소진의 관계에서 마음챙김과 전문상담교사효능감이 각각 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문상담교사의 사회부과 완벽주의와 상담자 소진의 관계에서 마음챙김과 전문상담교사효능감의 순차적 이중매개효과가나타났다. 이후 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 전문상담교사 소진에 대한 교사교육 지원 방안 및 연구의나아갈 방향과 시사점을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the sequential double mediation effect of mindfulness and professional school counselor efficacy in the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and counselor burnout among professional school counselors. For the purpose of this study, an online and offline survey was conducted with professional school counselors working in elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as city and provincial offices of education across the country. The final dataset, comprising 421 responses, was subjected to analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results indicated significant correlations among socially prescribed perfectionism, mindfulness, professional school counselor efficacy, and counselor burnout. Additionally, mindfulness and professional school counselor efficacy independently mediated, as well as sequentially mediated, the relationship between socially prescribed perfectionism and counselor burnout. These findings provide foundational data for developing teacher education support measures and programs to prevent counselor burnout, and offer suggestions for future research directions and implications.
