Abstract

The legislative department's “Easy Legislative Making Project” has provided many achievements for the localization and refinement of legislation from the beginning of 2006 to 10 years. This result is the result of the continuous research and efforts of the legislature, related organizations and academia. These achievements will be the result of steady efforts for the maintenance of legal terms after liberation based on the research on legal terms. In this paper, we attempted to examine the theoretical background of Korean legal terminology, purifying problems, sentence structure, and basic forms of legal texts. Indeed, many terms and sentences are used in the form of statutes, but there are no practical and established theoretical studies on them. In addition, we analyzed the achievements and future tasks of the Korea Legislation Agency and the Korea Legislation Research Institute. This is because it is a historical study to purify the legal terminology, and it is necessary to summarize the historical achievements as opposed to the recent various research achievements. In addition, I hope that it will be a chance to examine once again the goals to be integrated and maintained in legal terms and sentences. Based on these theories and historical studies, the basic principles and performance standards of the current legislative legislative development project were examined. The basic principle was to make easier laws, ordinances that are clear in meaning, grammatically correct and natural in expression. The specific contents of the maintenance standards were examined in the Korean language of legal texts, difficult Chinese and Japanese kanji and expressions, foreign language and foreign language, the legalization of legal terms for authoritative and differential terms, and the text of legal texts. Lastly, based on the analysis and results of legal terms and sentences, the direction of the legislative making business in terms of Korean grammar is presented in terms of grammatical expression, foreign and foreign language acceptance, and normative and technical acceptance of terminology. At the same time, the legislative legislative project, which is easy to understand, was not limited to the participation of experts in the future.
