유아의 기질, 어머니의 우울과 부부갈등, 양육방식이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 유아의 성별과 기질, 어머니의 우울, 부부갈등, 어머니의 양육방식이 유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하여 유아를 지도하는 교사와 부모의 유아문제행동에 대한 이해를 돕고자 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 한국아동패널의 2012년 데이터(5차)를 사용하였으며, 연구대상은 49∼55개월 유아 1,627명과 그의 어머니이다. t검증과 상관분석, 중다회귀분석으로 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 성별에 따라 각 변인의 평균점수를 차이 검증한 결과, 남아의 활동성 기질과 외현화 문제행동 수준이 여아보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 기질, 모의 우울과 부부갈등, 모의 온정적 양육이 유아의 문제행동과 유의한 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 유아의 내재화 문제행동에 부정적 정서성과 사회성 기질, 어머니의 우울, 통제적 양육방식이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 변인이 내재화 문제행동 변량의 25%를 설명하였다. 또한 유아의 외현화 문제행동에 유아의 성별, 부정적 정서성과 활동성, 사회성 기질, 어머니의 우울과 부부갈등, 온정적 양육방식이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 변인이 외현화 문제행동 변량의 27%를 설명하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relative effects of child's temperament, mother's depression, marital conflict, and parenting styles on child’s problem behaviors. The data of 1,627 children 49-55 months and their mothers from Korean Children Panel Survey by Korean Institute of Child Care and Education(2012) were analyzed. To analyze statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were used. The results of this study were as follows: First, the boy group was higher than the girl group in temperament(activity) and externalizing problem behaviors. Second, there were significant relations between child's temperament, mother's depression, marital conflict, parenting style(warmth) and child's problem behaviors. Third, the most influential variables on the child's internalizing problem behaviors among the sub variables of child's temperament, mother's depression, marital conflict, parenting styles were temperament(emotionality)and temperament(sociality). And the most influential variables on the child's externalizing problem behaviors among the sub variables of children's temperament, mother's depression, marital conflict, parenting style were temperament(emotionality)and temperament(activity).
