핵심역량을 기반으로 한 보육교사 교육과정 모형 탐색

본 연구는 보육교사의 핵심 역량을 기반으로 한 보육교사 교육과정 모형을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 보육교사의 자질과특성, 역할을 규명하고 역량의 개념과 역량기반 교육과정의 성격을 제시한 후 역량기반 교육과정의 필요성에 대하여 논하였다. 연구대상은 현직 교사 및 원감, 원장을 대상으로 1차 조사가 이루어지고 그 결과를 바탕으로 2차 설문지를 제작하여 교사 및 학부모를대상으로 조사 및 분석 후 핵심역량을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 보육교사에게 필요한 역량을 기본소양 역량, 인지발달적 역량, 교수방법적 역량, 사회적 상호작용 역량, 자기주도 학습 역량의 5가지로 분류하고 이를 기반으로 한 보육교사 교육과정 모형을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study was intended to explore a model of educating teachers based on the competency of kindergartenteachers. It deals with a need for competency-based training; the focus of which was on identifying qualities andcharacteristics associated with the role of kindergarten teaching. To analyze component factors of core competencies, an unstructured questionnaire was distributed. Using keywords, and taking regional differences into consideration, the data was collected, categorized and analyzed. Thesecond questionnaire was structured and based on the data that was obtained from the original questionnaire,which in turn was distributed again. Reliability and suitability of kindergarten teachers were evaluated accordingto the central competencies of kindergarten teachers. Furthermore, the differences in perception between parentsand teachers were confirmed. Based on analysis of the secondary survey, qualities required by kindergarten teachers were classified in fivedifferent categories:․ A basic literacy competency․ A cognitive developmental competency․ An instructional competency․ A social interactional competency․ A self-directed learning competency. Kindergarten teachers training models were based on those five findings.
